Florida Pharmacy (Travel Clinic + Ear Wax removal Clinic)

Been a customers for the past 16 years, alas, their service has drastically changed in the past years. You can't expect any trace of courtesy from them, they will not greet or smile, they won't show any empathy, nor try to help or suggest solutions for what you might need even for over the counter items. I was compelled to write this review cause I have had multiple poor experiences with them when in distress or pain, and left their place feeling very frustrated by their service (and then found what I needed in another pharmacy on the same day). I'd recommend anyone to avoid this place if you, or a loved one, are facing any serious issues or seeking help, there are other pharmacies which will treat you with more courtesy.

Very helpful, professional, friendly and efficient staff. Not sure if this is an independent family business, but the committed service sure does make it feel like it is. They were especially helpful when my GP had lost my prescription for much-needed medication.

Honestly. Was desperate for a pharmacy. And just walked in. The lady today was so lovely and helpful and got me what I needed asap. I then spoke to another gentleman at the pharmacy counter as well as the pharmacist. All so so helpful. Thank you.

I’m a no surprised your rating is as poor as 3.8 because that doesn’t put you in good light lol but me personally, specifically because of a woman called ANISHA, who’s your employee… she’s incredible, she can handle multiple things at a time, this girl is carrying the business on her shoulders and make no mistake, she is winning every single time. Her helpfulness and I will also say quickness is impressive. Of course I would never expect quickness from a pharmacy worker because those are serious matters, I only bring it up in a positive context in terms of how quickly she can attend to one’s issue and resolve it within a blink of an eye… her name is Anisha. The impressive hard working 5 star woman is called Anisha, we need to have clarity about that. Thank you Anisha!!!❤️❤️❤️ & other workers at the pharmacy but your staff turn over is quite crazy so I can’t even name anyone else if I tried haha, thank you!

The best pharmacy in the neighbourhood. Helpful, patient hardworking staff always ready to offer advice and information. They do great prescription service whether sent through from the GP or handed in over the counter, they have consultation rooms for minor ailments and flu vaccines plus a good range of over-the-counter medicines, medical equipment, menstrual and continence products, toiletries, etc.

I went there today and was standing next to the counter while someone else was being served. I was ignored for 10 minutes and not a single member of staff approached me although they weren't serving anyone. Eventually I walked out and went to the other pharmacy nearby where they served me instantly. Avoid this pharmacy, their customer service skills are zero. Unfroffesionals.

Most rudest worst pharmacy I have ever in my life been to. Been to so many kind and helpful chemist that I had been to previous to moving to the island. These are by far the worst and most unhelpful chemist I have ever been to in my life. Avoid at all costs . Unless no other choice. Racist, unhelpful, Rude staff. Also a high staff turnover . Management very poor . Chemist have no idea what's going on. BE CAREFUL!
