Paddy / sally is vile and unprofessional works on drink and drugs and is just a shocking member of staff, she has been off work past 4 weeks due to her mental health and now demoted/ stepped down but I would not feel happy safe or comfortable leaving my family member with such a volatile member of staff!!! She has also admitted to taking money gifted ( which isn’t allowed) from residents., so I will be reporting to CQC…if it were Possible to put a minus grading I certainly would!!!
