I cannot recommend Naomi enough. I'm coming up to my final session with her and I'm actually going to miss working with her! She's not just been my physiotherapist, but she's helped me with other problems going on in my life and I will forever be grateful. She has always listened to my problems and come up with the best way for me to work on things, whilst taking into consideration my wellbeing. Mental and physical. I had an issue with dizziness which is on going, but also a clicking in my shoulder, and she has worked with me on both and helped me recover when I thought I couldn't be fixed. Thank you for everything Naomi, you are an excellent physiotherapist and such a lovely person.

I visit Kaye Booth reflexology here, who gets a five star review of her own! My reason for posting is about their toilet in reception….you may think this is a little bizarre but I am an Ostomate, I have a colostomy and toilet facilities that meet our needs are few and far between. I’m not sure if Fizzio Fit realise they have a super Ostomy friendly facility but they do! They should definitely advertise this even if it’s with a sign on the door.
Ostomy patients are classed as disabled under the Equality Act even though we are able bodied. The ideal requirements for us are a shelf for laying out our kit that’s hygienic, a sink within the toilet unit, a mirror and a disposal bin (either sanitary bin or lidded bin, we do have disposal bags to wrap our waste in).
Most toilets have none of these and we have to balance kit on top of cisterns or on the closed lid which is less than ideal. In Europe Ostomy patients have much better facilities.
Fizzio fit has all the above and also provide some nice air freshener - we don’t smell anymore than normal people but we are more aware of it so this is a nice touch!

I recently pulled a tendon/ligament in the back of my knee and went to see Alix, the sports therapist. She was brilliant and I felt a huge difference straight away after just one visit. For all she did in a full hour’s appointment, I thought the pricing was really good value. Would definitely reccommend Alix to anyone who has suffered an injury.

Experience so good I don’t know where to start, had neck pain and shoulder pain from way too much sports etc and not enough R & R. Popped down to Fizziofit and Alix worked a sheer miracle on my neck and shoulders, they’ve got all the latest kit and utterly knowledgable on what was happening re my poor knotted up muscles, I literally walked out of there feeling like I’d been given a new back and shoulders. If in any doubt then please don’t be, get yourselves down there and Alix and co will look after you and make you feel a million dollars! Worth every penny and also,,to say the surroundings are tranquil is a vast understatement!

Dawn is your “personal” personal trainer. She will customize your workouts and your fitness protocol to meet your lifestyle instead you trying to fit your life into a cookie cutter workout. Even if you have some injuries to work through, or travel to work around, she will help you figure it all out. Oh and bonus... she also offers delicious healthy ready to eat meals... no excuses.

Variety of businesses such as beauty and fitness, physio, i have crystal clear microdermasion by Sue and its fab, best my skin has ever been and only £35 for an hour. Highly recommend and free parking
