First I Flourish

Louise was AMAZING from start to finish - and i cannot wait for my next session with her. From being flexible with booking a time to understanding my needs she was professional and i could not of asked for a better experience. Her gift is extraordinary and i felt like a new woman after my session. Her calm and relaxing manner made the whole treatment worthwhile and after suffering from burnout the past few months, after Louise had realigned my energy i felt awake for the first time in weeks. I cant recommend Louise enough and will definitely be booking in again xx

After suffering from extreme fatigue and a feeling of ill health I approached Louise to give me some Reiki healing. Louise was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. She took time to let me explain how I was feeling and talked through what the treatment would involve. Needless to say the healing experience was extremely comforting and nurturing and although I'm now at home resting I already feel like my energy blockages have been healed. I'd thoughly recommend Louise. I can often tell if people are genuine or not, she is certainly the 'real deal'. I I'd certainly go back for other treatments and would recommend anyone feeling that they need an 'energy reset' to give her a call!

I went to Louise for Reiki as I have been experiencing some chronic health issues. I have also been under a lot of stress lately and wanted to clear out the negative energy. Louise's calm an caring nature made me feel very comfortable from the start, the room, the music and the soft scent of candles burning made me feel incredibly relaxed and calm. I had 50 minutes of wonderful healing and I could feel the heat radiating from her hands at times. The session was complete with detailed feedback on my energy and what Louse saw and felt in the room during our session together. I left the room feeling full of energy and relaxed. I would 100% recommend Louise for Reiki...

I had my first reiki session with Louise and the whole experience was very pleasant. I started to feel better immediately after taking the appointment. My improvement on the physical, mental and emotional field was notorious. I have just booked my second session now. I would definitely recommend first I flourish and Louise

Louise gave me the most amazing yoga session over zoom! It was so lovely that Louise had listened to everything I wanted to work on and put together such a great lesson. I learnt new sequences and the session left me feeling so refreshed for the day. I am really hopeful we can do a session in person once the restrictions have been lifted.
