First call looked after my husband for 4 months at the end of his life. The management were great sorted things out quick and very helpful amy was who I dealt with. The carers came in twice a day he didn't want care he was a very proud man. Some carers didn't even speak to him. There was 2 carers who were Gillian and Susan they were fantastic they built up a great relationship with him they took time and chatted to him about everything..They supported myself and my son aged 14 and I would like to thank them for everything they done for us as a family.

Spoke to Hazel Clabby last night with an ongoing problem about her carers that are coming to a communal block of flats and they often leave the door open - this has been going on for months and months and when I contacted her last night and mentioned what the issue was she was abrupt, rude and downright a disgrace to speak too, she uttered that the fact that Gateshead Council had already been in contact with her and there was nothing more to discuss, put the phone down on me, after several calls back to her she wouldn't entertain me one little bit and refused to believe that her carers that come out always lock the communal door. After advising her that I have CCTV she then threatened me with calling the police and that I am breaking GDPR, poor lady doesn't have a clue about how GDPR works and then continued to say that I was breaking the law even after explaining the law to her, if this the way she speaks and treats members of the public god help anyone she actually cares for.

Lovely and well trained staff. Management is always at the end of the phone if needed.
I find James very helpful and always goes the extra mile to accommodate last minute shifts.
