Jana provides excellent classes suitable for all abilities. I have attended both Pilates and body toning classes over the last couple of years and love both. Very professional yet fun and lots of variety during every class. Although I haven't always been a regular attendee, I always feel comfortable attending a class whenever I can, and always feel welcome. Thank you Jana 😊 xx

Wonderful. Jana is fun, kind and incredibly fit. She gives alternative moves to make it all very mixed ability and has many great music choices. Always feel good after doing a class and later in the day 😍.
