Saturday 3rd October - 10:00am
Arrived with my partner for a postnatal appointment, I carry our newborn to the door because hes too heavy for my partner in the travel system. We ring the bell, no answer. I ring again and a women with blond hair pops her head out the office and puts her hand out as if to say “it’s open” offering my partner no help with the heavy door to the entrance... every single time we come here she is offered no help with doors! I can understand not helping with the changing bag because of Covid-19 but why can’t you help with the doors? Why would you leave anyone to struggle by themselves carrying a baby... and not just on one occasion! When we met our usual midwife here Louise she couldn’t be more helpful, maybe the other members of staff here need some additional training and possibly an attitude adjustment. I’m glad I’m not aloud in because I’d of certainly addressed my concerns directly to those involved! Disgusting.
