A few weeks ago we were visiting Pwllheli on holiday, and my wife was having trouble with her contact lenses and her eyes getting inflamed. Ellen the pharmacist took us into the back room for a consultation and even called Specsavers in Caernarfon for us and made an appointment over the phone.

Ultimately, Specsavers were also very helpful and kind and it was a great experience over all.

I highly recommend this pharmacy, having become very unwell on holiday near by, I needed to access a prescription fairly urgently, I'd called several different places to no avail. This pharmacy was extremely helpful and offered me a same day appointment. The lady I saw was very kind and attentive, she listened to me and I felt well looked after. She gave me the medicine I needed and lots of advice. Honestly I don't know what I would've done without them. A big thank you to all of the staff there, superstars!

Leave you to wait while they chat. Couldn’t believe even after asking for service they kept chatting away, wasn’t work related. Went to another pharmacy instead and was served in good time. But I am a miserable malcontent.
