I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Beata Masih on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

I visited her salon upon the recommendation of an acquaintance, with the intent of receiving CO2 laser treatment to improve facial muscle tone. During the consultation, Beata advised against CO2 laser treatment, citing potential side effects including the need for antibiotics and a 10-day recovery period. Given my history of sensitive skin and the underwhelming results of two prior microneedling sessions at another salon, I expressed my concerns.

Beata confidently recommended the Secret RF and Laser MD Ultra treatments as more suitable options for my skin type. She suggested a minimum of 2-3 sessions to achieve visible improvement, quoting an initial price of £800, which she discounted to £620. She reassured me that any post-treatment redness would subside within two days, allowing me to return to work.

Trusting her expertise and based on numerous positive reviews, I agreed to proceed with the treatment that same day. The session was extremely painful and uncomfortable, despite the use of numbing cream. Beata provided me with aftercare products and, even after I reminded her of my sensitivity to acids, reassured me that they would be safe for use.

The following morning, I was alarmed to find my face severely swollen to the point of being unrecognizable. I immediately contacted Beata, informing her of the swelling and discomfort. She assured me that the swelling was normal and advised me to continue with the aftercare routine. However, the swelling worsened, and it became clear that something was seriously wrong.

I tried to reach her by phone but received no response. When she eventually replied via text, she asked for a video of my face, after which she acknowledged my sensitivity and advised me to stop using the aftercare products. She then recommended cold water compresses and allergy medication. I visited the salon again on Saturday, September 14, to undergo LED light therapy, but this only exacerbated my pain and irritation.

On Monday, September 16, I consulted my GP, who prescribed Lansoprazole, Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, and Naproxen for two weeks to address the inflammation. Unfortunately, my face remains swollen, and despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I have been blocked from further communication and have not received a refund.

Given the circumstances, I have sought legal advice in order to pursue a refund for the treatment. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and feel it is important to share the negative impact this has had on my health and well-being

I popped into the clinic in June and Bobby welcomed me and I told him about my skin concerns. He introduced me to Beata the aesthetician who carried out a detailed consultation with my skin . She recommended the secret RF , for my skin type . I had the treatment in early July and I was numbed and the treatment began . Throughout the treatment Beata asked if I was comfortable, I felt a slight pricking sensation but not painful.
She did a great aftercare package for me and gave me instructions to follow.

The following day my skin was red and slightly swollen but after a few days I noticed the skin was slightly dry but this was part of the skin rejuvenating.
After two weeks my skin was glowing and smoother . I had contacted both Bobby and Beata throughout my healing and they were very helpful.

I have just had my second treatment today and I received the best service and aftercare, and Iv been advised too pop in after a week if my skin is still a bit red for red light therapy mask .I can’t fault them because results for this treatment will show in 3 months .

I have contacted Feonix thanks to previously reading the reviews on this portal so here is mine!
Visiting Feonix and getting to have lip filler and laser hair removal with them was the best decision I could've made and I just wish I had it done a lot sooner.
The level of care and warm treatment I've received in this clinic is just something I never experienced anywhere else.
Absolutely amazing results and definitely definitely definitely recommend Feonix as the choise of professionals to change your life!
