I intended to use the Anima system on the practice website to book an appointment yesterday. Website not working. Wasted a lot of time trying repeatedly.
Telephoned, queued, explained website not working and that I wanted to speak to Dr Waite. I wasn't the first person to tell them website was down.
Last available appointment allocated elsewhere during the conversation. I was told to call back this morning .
Called, queued. Got through, only to be told that Dr Waite doesn't work on a Thursday. Why did the person I spoke to yesterday tell me to call today.
Told to ring again tomorrow.
Tried to use the Anima system again. Website still not working.
Shambles.

Today I have tried 7 times to call the admin office and still no reply, the nurse who came to see my relative says that there is someone in the office, what use is a phone if no one ever answers, it could be important, this in any the first time this has occurred , this is a surgery with a pharmacy and the only way to contact the doctor is to be put on list for them to call you back, which they can not do if no one answers the phone, as I mentioned this isn’t a one off occurrence
