A lovely chemist full of caring people. I’ve been using Felkris for several years for my regular medication and have always found the staff very efficient. Even when a particular prescription medication became unavailable due to a European supply issue they found an alternative for me to take until supplies where once again available. Thank you guys. Great people.

I thought pharmacy's was trustworthy places but apparently not bought a blood pressure monitor that was faulty took it back owner was on holiday no one could make a decision told to go back Wednesday went back o he's not come in today so left monitor for him also left my number I contacted him later that week his reply was we have never sold that make and would not swap it he could of said I don't have a receipt fine my fault but to say he never stocked this make was blatantly a lie the man is a liar also read other reviews incompetent

Came as family of 3 (all adults), for a travel vaccination. It took an hour to administer 1 injection per person. When i had mine done, the pharmacist put the needle in, pulled it out, said sorry and reinserted it. I’ve since been told this isn’t normal. After we left i discovered my 20 year old daughter had been given the junior version (up to age 15). I returned and asked if she’d had adequate protection and what could be done. He admitted he’d knowingly given the wrong prescription, due to not ordering enough adult ones. Still waiting for a call to advise what to do…

I’m 20 and came for my Hep A jab.
Turns out they gave me the children’s one, and when I spoke to the doctor he admitted that he knew he gave me the wrong one but did so anyway as they didn’t have the adults one in stock.
This is awful service from medical professionals, administering the wrong dose of medicine that I had paid for.

I use Felkris quite frequently. They are often able to supply prescription medication that the larger chains have run out of. I've always found them to be polite and helpful, even telling me what I needed to do when another pharmacy hadn't returned a prescription to be filled "to the spine".

Not happy with service. As it’s very unhygienic as the person give my son Covid vaccine not wash his hand not wears gloves as he was dealing with other stuff when we waiting for our call. And very rude way of dealing. Feeling awful and throwing up after visiting that felkris Ltd . Worry that my son don’t get any infections of dirty hand treatments.

Went in here to ask for a Lateral Flow Test kit. When I tried to explain that I could not get a code online the pharmacist proceeded to shout at me, he was rude and aggressive.
This is the nastiest man I have ever had to deal with.
Do not use this place, ever, there are many other options in the area.
