I read the reviews, as we hadn't been before, and was astonished, having visited many health centres over the years. As if people leave reviews for a health centre! And yet, here I am. The staff, especially Jo and Sarah, were welcoming and had a great sense of humour. I know! Loads of parking also.

Today was my first visit and found the staff very friendly and accommodating. They wouldn't have minded if I'd been late due to circumstances. Very clean and airy. The dermatologist was very attentive. No complaints.

Just thought I'd post about the lovely lady on reception at this facility, don't get me wrong the Doctor was very good but I couldn't get over how nice the receptionist was here, in my opinion a lot of Doctors receptionists could take a leaf out of her book and contact with the Doctors would be a whole better experience and far less traumatic.

Had minor surgery on my toe. Great supportive bedside manner from the Doctor and Nurse and aftercare. Also bang on time for the appointment so no waiting around. I would give them 5 stars, but I can't say I loved the surgery!!! 😁

Place is a shambles I used to book in over the phone and have to wait over 3 weeks for an appointment. Now I have to book online and get told after over a day of waiting that my records don't match theirs even though I've been with them over 10 years. No wonder people avoid going to see doctor these days, it seems easier to book an appointment to see the queen than this surgery.

Very friendly staff. Forgor my mask and the lady on reception handed me a mask without any fuss. Very good communication skills by all members of staff ive dealt with. Nurse who did blood test was very friendly too.

Lovely service, very clean, Staff are very friendly, I was receiving steroid injections from a keloid I had developed from a piercing and my dermatologist Mark was very welcoming and helpful, made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole procedure , wonderful service, Thankyou
