This review only relates to the Covid and flu jabs services provided as I have not used any other services here. I arrived a little before my appointed time for my jabs and was made to wait outside in very cold temperatures for over 20 minutes. Other patients arrived who had been told to arrive any time during the morning without an appointment so it was very chaotic. This pharmacy uses just one volunteer (not a medical professional) to undertake this work. He has to do all the administration, which takes a good ten minutes or so, before putting the needle in your arm so inevitably each appointment takes a long time resulting in him running late. When I was finished there were eight people waiting outside. The actual jabs went fine (the chap was friendly and courteous) but I can’t say that I recommend this pharmacy for your jabs and I suggest going elsewhere.

I take 51 pills a day and I need special medical supplies. I have my prescriptions sent straight from my surgery to the pharmacy and they then deliver to me. Nothing is too much for them and if in a hurry they escalate my prescriptions. When I need any advise on complicated matters the pharmacist is very helpful. When I have gone in the shop there are a wide variety of products available and seems well stocked up!. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend
Update Omg can't believe how much it's gone down hill, service is poor, and receiving the drugs is just so hard these days, half orders, late delivery, items missed off and been waiting for a prescription of stoma bags since 13th June but as of 13th July still not received, was guaranteed by Friday but nope not got them

Visited the pharmacy on 20/07/2024 to collect some free lateral flow tests for which I am entitled to through the NHS. They gave me five - all of which were out of date and do not work.

Since transferring to this Pharmacy the staff have always helped "taking steps which I consider above and beyond" to answer and resolve any queries which includes prescription requests. Great service and customer experience. Thank you!

So we have been using the pharmacy for many years we have a family of 8 that all need regular prescriptions..our original pharmacist who worked there for many years retired and since he's been gone everything has gone down hill all the decent lady's who worked beside him gone the prescriptions are never done there's always an excuse why they have had the prescription for numerous amount of days with no medication..as well as the male tall pharmacist that was on this eve 13.05.2024 was absolutely awfully rude and has no idea how to treat customer he thinks it's OK to shout at customers and be rude for his mistake..I now will never use this pharmacy again..it's such a shame that Pravin and his team have left and the pharmacy is now the worse around..gutted!
