Recently moved to the area and can say the staff have been very helpful with booking me in and to also having my first appointment last week. Was actually very quick and efficient!
Only negative I would say is one of the reception staff can be quite rude with how she came across, other than that overall a good experience.

I have been with this surgery since I was born. I absolutely love it. The practitioners are fab and always remember me.

The reception team are great - I work full time and if I need two appointments with a nurse and a doctor, they make sure to get me appointments one after the other to save me coming in twice.

Can’t fault it.

Ive recently moved to this surgery and the service has been exceptional.
Quick turnaround when requesting a telephone appointment.
Doctors very pleasant and informed.
Receptionist that i have spoken to have been polite and kind.

Worst GP experience of my life unfortunately - and consistently so. Moved into the area around 3 years ago and had to join this practice despite the negative reviews. They never have appointments, regardless of importance. I suffer from a bone marrow disease which requires recurring injections and they can’t even cater for those on time on a consistent basis. Some of the staff do try to be helpful, whilst the rest couldn’t care less and display a terrible attitude. I don’t know if it’s a case of being oversubscribed and overworked but I would sincerely recommend avoiding this practice. I’ll currently looking into the possibility of switching myself after too many issues.

Have always had a really positive experience with Fairfield Medical Practice since registering in 2015. Reception staff are polite and helpful and the doctors and nurses are warm, friendly and listen to you. In the past when I needed my baby / young child to be seen by a doctor, they always gave an appointment very promptly - often the same day.
