I had a very disappointing experience with Exceptional Care at Home. It appears that the company prioritizes profit over ethical treatment of employees. New staff, often from Asian communities, are reportedly required to pay significant amounts of money to join the company, allegedly through unofficial "agents" who make misleading promises. This raises serious concerns about recruitment practices.

In addition, many employees seem to be working full days but are only compensated for a small fraction of their time—often just three hours—despite doing far more. When staff try to speak up, they are reportedly met with threats or intimidation, making it hard for anyone to raise valid concerns.

It's important for any care organization to treat its employees fairly and with respect, especially when dealing with vulnerable workers. I hope proper oversight is brought in to investigate and protect the rights of those affected.

The owner is very rude to their staff most of the staff is employed by them get them in the company with fake promises even telling staff to provide full time hours of working per week but after that only giving 10 -15 hours a week that doesn't make sense any way they are just exploiting their staff because they know they have right to cancel their visa thats way they threaten them thanks

Exceptional Care at Home is the Care agency to work for, the management is Caring, Compassionate, respectful to all we Carers and very Caring towards all the Service Users and family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care, I was matched with the right service User and I am very happy.

I have been a service users since last year with the Exceptional Care at Home, the company is indeed Exceptional! The management is outstanding, sensitive, very caring.

I wouldnt rate this company at all .
The company is awful . Any one can be a carrer but you have to ACTUALLY care.
The male carrers are far better than there female carrers - wumnni is awful and I will be making a complaint about this company. They treated my patients house like a hotel - they were dirty and messy , they put the heating on when they was told NOT to because my patient has skin problems and the heat causes him to itch . They forced him out when he told them he didn't want to go out . They never took time to get to know there service user - they lie - upon asking one carrer to leave (the one that does nothing but sit on her phone make tiktoks left my patient sitting in his own poo ) . OLA , her name is she left the flat in the biggest state I do have photos as proof . Her behaviour was awful she bullied my patient and forced him to smile for the most redicules photos. she continually kissed her teeth at me and my patient , she slammed his TV control in temper on the glass table. Never took her coat of to put him to bed and never wore uniform. No ppe either. She had no idea about basic medicines
aka paracetamol and antibiotics if you
require more information on this company feel free to send me a message I have tons of photos - of how they behave and treat service users . There is so much more to write about this company . I can honestly say - I would never recommend them or rate them any thing but a zero .

I would recommend that they get to know there service users and treat them and there homes with more respect . Perhaps take the time to train your carrers to actually CARE , and understand the basics of medicines , understand that all services users are different and creating a bond with them is far more important than trying to impress family members .. kissing your teeth at your services users and important people is not acceptable-- at all -

Exceptional care are amazing people, they are so kind and caring, they have been a god send to us, my carer Evelyn is a truly amazing carer. Wumi to lush what can I say she makes me laugh checks on me to see if I'm ok I always am when Evelyn is here. Like to say thank you so much for your support and care. I have known exceptional care agency for some period of time .
They have been exceptionally effective in their provision of care, have solid recruitment process, follow strictly the Covud-19 guidelines, have right care policies in place and have got well trained carers.
