I’ve been a patient with EDHT for many years and every visit I’ve been made to feel welcome and cared for. All the staff are friendly and personable.
My main reason for leaving comment though is this. When my wife, who was also a patient, passed away in December 2023, after I informed them of this, Lorna, the practice manager, went above and beyond any expectations. She reimbursed unused ‘practice plan’ value and other credits attributed to my wife. An act of kindness that still means so much to me today, not for the cash value, but for the care and thought behind it. I really can’t express in mere words how feeling supported like this helps.

I rejoined the practice last year. It was so lovely that staff actually remembered me. Following a road traffic accident Sarah, the lab team and all the EDHT team worked so hard to fix the damage caused by the accident. A very good dental practice. The staff are skilled, caring and friendly and the premises from which they operate are lovely (almost homely), which I find helps to relax me when I visit. I trust them 100% for my dental work.
