Just been to visit my elderly Mother who sadly has dementia, and suffered a heavy fall. To see her like that broke my heart (I hide my emotions well).
Whilst there, there were several visits from different nursing staff. Each and every one of them were a delight to be around, they tried there upmost to keep everyone not only cared for, but happy too.
One stands out in particular.. I didn't get her name, but she took my Mother to the toilet.. On returning she said "OO your hair could do with a brush".. and proceeds to gently brush her hair.. The look on my Mothers face was amazing.. She looked so proud. All finished of with a little plat, and a "there you go, you look beautiful".
It was nursing as it should be. It took five minutes of your time that you gracefully offered to make my Mother feel like a Princess.. Thankyou.

Attended at oncology services for 2 procedures on 19/9 /24.
My care was exceptional and professional, my support by nursing staff couldn't be faulted and the rapore was excellent
My procedures were handled by Dr Tariq and he was thorough and felt very comfortable with his commentary, I have read a lot of negative reviews on this site and cannot concur in my case.

I attended the endoscopy unit on Friday and I was extremely anxious. I was very lucky and had no waiting time and from arrival to going home it was about 45 minutes. All the nurses I spoke to were lovely and calm going through what to expect from the procedure. Honest but reassuring. The doctor who did the procedure kept me informed the whole time. I wished I had been in a position to be able to have thanked the nurse who comforted me during the procedure as I couldn't have done it without her.

Absolutely nightmare trying to get hold of anyone at either Evesham or Malvern Community Hospital. So much time wasted on hold only to be told 'unable to answer your call at this time, please call back later'.
Evesham called me a week ago to arrange a telephone appointment with Advanced Physiotherapy at 10:15am today 5th September. I sat with my phone on my lap until 3pm waiting for the call... no call. This is all after waiting for the results of an MRI that was done more than a month ago on 29th July. Still unable to walk properly and can't even find out the results of my MRI

While doing workout had sharp pain in me triceps and massive bruises next day. Went to physio Evesham hospital. They looked at this . Touch my triceps and said yeah can be many things - take a rest ... I went private to take photo. It came out as partial tendon rupture. Went back to evssham physio with the photo to tell them what's happening and that I can not do workouts and boxing . Physio said . ,, O yeah I see, just start easy and step by step. Bye,, I had to go private again to get help and treatments. Evesham NHS physio refused to help !!!! Why do I pay insurance for and where this monay is going ?!?!?!? Never experienced anything similar in anywhere in Europe. NHS doesn't exist anymore in UK . Every treatment need to travel abroad as in here is nothing left!!!
