Run away, find something else. We were former patients. So many have gone wrong. Follow-up was never done. My child's primary school sent a notice to the GP, but the office didn't know how to deal with the school's request and ignored it. When confronted with it, no apologies, they just said someone didn't follow up—blaming game. I was waiting on my urine test and kept asking me to call back weekly. After three months, one office staff finally told me they had lost my urine test results. I was so unwell, and my GP said I couldn't do much until the urine test results.

Any other surgery centre is better than this one. GP will not treat you until you feel unwell for weeks. Changing the surgery centre is the best decision. I wish I had done it earlier instead of suffering from lousy service from the office staff and GPs.

Had to sign up here temporarily while on holiday from having a nasty throat infection. Doctor refused to give me antibiotics claiming my symptoms weren't bad enough. Spent 4 days unable to eat or sleep, ruined the rest of my holiday only for my symptoms to develop and get so much worse, had to go to an out of hours doctor when I got home who finally gave me antibiotics. Was just made to suffer for 6 days for no reason. I cried to this woman saying how much pain I was in and she just gave me naproxen (which did nothing) and said to keep sipping water. Complete waste of time. On top of this my appointment was 20 minutes late and no one informed me. If patients are even 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment. Receptionists at least tried to be helpful when I first signed up saying I could get antibiotics from the pharmacy, but I just ended up being run around all over the place and given medication that made my symptoms worse. Glad this isn't my permanent surgery.

I have been so happy with the surgery. The doctors I have seen have been kind, compassionate, my treatment and follow ups have been quick and efficient. I am always spoken to as an individual and never spoken down to. They don't fob you off and always take time to listen. They spotted the signs of a long term condition very quickly which enabled me to begin treatment and reduce symptoms from the beginning. Their quality of care is excellent.

Fantastic surgery. Throughout the pandemic appointments were given without question, albeit over the phone initially, but if it was established that you needed to be seen then you were seen that day; in my case anyways,
The reception staff are always professional, and helpful, the nurses are lovely, and the GPS are excellent; very knowledgeable and always on hand to help.
