Dr Tim was wonderful when we went in for my 18 month old. Very friendly, providing details of the diagnosis and the next steps all while being flexible. He's such a Gem. I am very happy with the surgery

Positive
The clinic is very clean and neat. Was able to see my GP roughly on the time that I was booked for. GP seemed great too.

Took a couple of weeks to get the appointment - but in this case there was no urgency, so that was completely fine. Hopefully it'd be quicker if were more urgent.

Negative
The e-consult form is a bit tedious. And, it's difficult to set a time for the appointment because you're only allowed a single message response to the time that they suggest. And, if say you need to change booking, you have to fill out the whole thing again which is annoying. So, the system could be improved to make it more customer friendly and easier to schedule appointments.

Weird to say but I just had a lovely experience at my doctors appointment. I had Dr. Kiran for the first time and he was wonderful. So kind, genuine and cared. He didn't make me feel like a number.
I really hope I'm lucky enough to get him next time. So happy he is now part of my doctors surgery.

I went to see the GP because of my 14 month old daughter coughing and breathing difficulties. The Dr. recommended us going to A£E for further evaluation. Although I am not fond at all of E&A I appreciate the GP concerns and I understand why he wanted a more tailored to her age experience. I am very happy with the care shown by the practice

Worst GP surgery ever. Three months for them to send a referral and it only happened after I reminded them twice. They give you random appointments regardless of the availability you give them. Then they send some texts saying they ll get in touch which they never do.Admin team is impossible to contact . You call them they never pick up the phone .Receptionists can’t sort out any issues . And overall they are unable to send a prescription to a pharmacy located two doors down.

Addendum: told by receptionist last Friday to call back on Monday at 0800am as I’ve been trying to book an appointment for two weeks.Staff on the phone stated I was given the wrong info as it’s only for emergency and I should send another e-consult. Absolutely rubbish .

The doctors and receptionists are absolutely useless and incompetent.

Had an ear infection and filled out the e consult form, which told me I had to call receptionist. Their solution was to fill out the enconsult again or have no appointment, since they had no availability. Even 111 said I needed to speak to my GP, and that they couldn't help me.

Fast forward to two weeks later I had a same day appointment for a different illness. Not only was I double booked, which I only found out about once I got there, but the stupid doctor in my rescheduled appointment tried to blame me for not attending my last appointment.

Not only that, but when I asked her to have a look at my ear and explained that I was unable to book an appointment with anybody, she spent 5 minutes arguing with me that I didn't fill in the econsult properly instead of spending 10 seconds of her time having a look. Absolutely horrible service and a complete waste of my time.
