An excellently run GP Practice that I'm so thankful to have found. The receptionists are an absolutely pleasure to speak to. Always very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable and make sure your issue is seen to promptly, whether logged via contact form, phone call or in person. The doctors, nurses and midwives we've encountered so far have been all been wonderful. Genuinely caring and professional and following up on aliments until they're gone. As a first time parent, I'm so glad I switched to this practice. Thank you for looking after us all so well.

Every time I’ve approached her with queries, she has been incredibly professional, efficient, and reassuring. Even in situations where prescriptions or letters have taken time to process, Kimberly has always gone above and beyond to ensure everything is sorted out as quickly as possible. Can't fault the practice at all. Always very efficient with prescription requests and needs. Very easy to get in contact with via phone, online enquiries and online form submissions are always responded to on the day.

Doctors and reception staff are extremely friendly and professional.

I have had the best care through Eve Hill, they always answer their phones and they always give assistance. It’s rare to not get an appointment and the doctors are good and effective especially Dr Shukla, he is very thorough and that’s a fresh rarity given how the medical system is currently in the country. It’s sad i moved to Wednesbury and i will be moving GP as soon as i find a new one. I wish i didn’t have to be forced to do so honestly.

I can't praise the practice enough. This is the practice my mother attends. I have used the online form on quite a few occasions & have always received either a phone call or text message reply in a timely manner. Also on quite a few occasions I have called the practice to request a link to be sent to my phone in order to return a photo of my concerns. On each occasion I have again either received a phone call or text message reply...on 2 occasions this was within 10 minutes of me returning the link.
I always find the Drs, nurses & reception staff extremely helpful, friendly & willing to listen.

I moved to Eve Hill Practice a year ago having moved areas. The receptionists are fantastic . Always friendly and helpful and the pressure they must be under is immense. Having experienced rude staff at my previous surgery I feel lucky . Doctors anywhere are hit and miss and unfortunately with this national 10 minute appointment system am frustrated like anyone . But the Doctors at Eve Hill do try again against a system that is not working . I can only give positive feedback. Finally I chose Eve Hill by reading reviews and they were right ?

Excellent GP practice. Reception staff are alway's courteous, effective and helpful. Medical staff are very good. Very good online service's that handle non urgent queries very effectively.

Doctors in the UK are ineffective. It is impossible to receive any assistance from them. You can obtain more knowledge from Google than from a doctor in the UK. They will send patients home without any treatments being provided. Please continue questioning your own questions, as I am concerned about my daughter who is 7 months old and not feeling well.
