Had an excellent experience when I visited Etwall pharmacy. They had exactly what I wanted. Despite it being right in front of me, Clare took the time to come round and hand me the item I wanted. The staff were pleasant and polite. The Pharmacy shop looked inviting very tidy and everything displayed well. Not to contradict myself the layout was lovely. The reason I couldn’t find what I wanted is because I’m cognitively challenged but that wasn’t an issue for the staff.

Terrible chemist. Gave me the wrong prescription. When I returned the next day staff was very rude about their mistake telling me it’s not there mistake. If you give someone a bag of medication they do not take then I would call that a mistake. A quiet serious one. They eventually found my prescription but was missing some tablets. Told me to return next day which I did to be told still no tablets. Returned the next day to be told only 14 days worth and not 28 which the pharmacist literally threw at me and told me to come back next week for the rest. I take a lot of medication for various health problems and this sort of service is not on. I won’t be using this place again. There’s a much better pharmacy in Hilton

As a frequent flyer here over the pasted 23 odd years i could not recommend higher. Whether popping in for prescriptions or toddlers with weird rashes the care and customer service cannot be compared. I also like the added stock from household to gifts, so useful in village life.
