I take methadone 5mg tablets for the relief of severe pain. This medication has been out of stock since early February and was supposed to come back in stock end of May 2024. When it didn't, I tried to find answers but no one knew (or was willing to telle me) what the status was. I tried my GP practice and their in-house pharmacist and two pharmacists in the town where I lived but found no answers, not even online.
I then decided to approach this company directly and was pleasantly surprised to receive an almost immediate answer.
Although I shall have to wait a bit longer for my medication to come back in stock, at least I was given a direct answer and treated with the respect patients deserve.

Multiple times now, I have collected my zomorph (produced by this company) and the capsules have been either empty or barely filled. I have multiple spinal injuries and have been taking this medication since I was 16, so 8 years, and therefore when this happens, I end up in excrutiating withdrawl and get very sick, leading to epileptic seizures. This is not good enough. I’ve reported this company.
