Very helpful people. Went.to two other chemists to get my prescription, they didn't have it. Asda are becoming a joke and very rude. This pharmacy is really good.

Only 1 star because I cannot give minus. The staff is unprofessional, opening the sterile packages, never don't have nothing in stock. The place looks good, but when you need something like you go back in the past 30 years.

Unhelpful & rude. Shelves are empty, its a shame boots dont buy it out so we can have a real pharmacy. Avoid if you care about customer service.!

I called to ask if they were doing COVID vaccines, the lady said they had no stock and had been waiting a while for it. I asked when they might have the stock back in and she laughed and said she had no idea, then said maybe the end of the week. I found this quite rude and unhelpful. The lady doesn't realise I'm looking to have this jab because I'm starting a certain treatment soon. Perhaps they should keep in mind people are having COVID jabs for all sorts of reason before they react.

Took my Dad for a referred ear syringing 30/1/23. Excellent service provided by the lady practitioner. She ensured my Dad was comfortable at all times, taking her time - with full consideration to his deafness - to explain the whole procedure throughout. Cannot recommend this service highly enough.
