I was given by my lovely family as gifts treatments with Tracie, and I think they were amazing presents. I have had 2 x deep tissue massages ( absolutely loved them) and reflexology ( soothing and relaxing) so far, and looking forward to more. I would definitely recommend Tracie she is professional and takes time to find out what you need to give the best experience. Didn’t really know how much I needed this until I had the chance to go, my next massage is going to be 60 minutes of bliss and I can’t wait. Her treatments are absolutely amazing. I've had Reiki, Reflexology and Indian Head Massages. They will leave you feeling relaxed and reset.

She has also trained me in these treatments and her training is excellent and easy to understand.

I highly recommend Tracey either for a treatment (she does a lot of different types) and for any training you want.

Booking with Essentia was easy and quick, they have a great range of treatments at really reasonable prices and my friend and I were very excited to go and get a massage and facial! Unfortunately due to a family emergency we had to cancel the morning of the treatments, but when we contacted the staff they were incredibly empathetic and polite about the situation despite us not giving 24 hours notice. With such great customer service and prices I’m looking forward to recieving a treatment from them sometime in the near future!
