Bristol Clinic have the best staff by far! Steph Tori and Mel are all so welcoming and friendly. I have seen steph and tori every week for the last month and they are fab! Every time I have been there I have had a positive experience and they have so much time for you. I can't recommend these girls enough!! Thank you girlie's 😊

This place is awful. Do not waste your money there I went for a consultation and paid my £500 deposit gets a phone call saying realise you’ve got Mental Health . Can you please get a letter from your doctor which I did? They said they was happy with it it can carry on, so I paid the rest of my money in cash to be getting two weeks before my operation we’re not doing it now because you’ve got Mental Health . I am fed up with telling this company the reason why I suffer with it because of my past and I am fine now and was happy to take my money and to book me in Have wasted money on coach and hotels and other stuff I had to get they have done nothing but upset me and I’m just waiting for my money back. If I don’t get it I will take them to the Small courts Don’t listen to that good feedback because when they get bad feedback, they only block it and delete it As on Facebook, they have blocked me so I can’t put nothing on I wish I could respond to that message. They have just sent me that is nothing but lies they asked me for a doctor letter. I went and got it. That’s why they took the rest of my money. Why will they take the rest of my money if they weren’t going to do it, it’s all on them and I am taking it further.

I had my operation a year ago, which was Breast Reduction surgery. I was so excited for this operation and had wanted it done since I was 16 (I am now 25). Unfortunately I did not get what I had asked or what I was informed that I’d likely get. Now I know that they cannot guarantee the outcome and you sign your life away to them to say that you understand this, however when they blatantly lie to you about it is another thing. I started at a 30JJ and was told I’d be able to go down to a D/DD. I wanted smaller but agreed this was the only safe possible outcome. However after undergoing the surgery, a year later fully recovered, I am still a GG/HH, which is not even close to what I’d asked. After raising a complaint it had been mentioned that this ‘D/DD’ outcome would be from undergoing a second surgery. They had ticked a box on a bit of paper to show this, but under no circumstance did they discuss this with me, which was clearly missed! And I’d never ever have gone for the surgery if I knew I’d have to undergo a second lot. What I’m also struggling to understand is how so many people go in with much larger and can achieve better results. I feel because I’m young it was taken advantage of! I can’t complain about the staff/ nurses that took care of me as they were great. But the outcome was 1000000% not what was expressed and NOT what was discussed/ received. I had a chaperone that came with me to all appointments who can back me up in that there was no discussion of this. The fact I even had to pay an extra £500 because I was on the ‘larger’ scale - what was that £500 covering?!! Very very poor. Don’t waste £7,500 on this. I thought this would be life changing but if anything it’s caused more expenses and I wish I kept it to save for a house instead.

Thank you to Melanie who was there to help and support me through the whole process and thank you to my surgeon Mrs Mudera who has given me confidence I could have only wished for To the lovely ladies Estell and Maria who took care of me on the day of surgery, thank you, you both made everything so relaxing, no questions went unanswered and I was made to feel very comfortable The after care has been brilliant and again any worries or questions I had there was always someone there to help, the service that enhance medical has provided has been faultless

I had a breast augmentation with Enhance Medical and my surgeon was Dr Nefer Fallico and my surgery was in October 2022 , I highly recommend her!! from start to finish of my journey she have been amazing she’s so friendly and reassuring and honest if the size is suitable and look is actually achievable! My journey have been so straight forward with no issues and healed quickly. I’m over the moon with my outcome they look amazing, my scars have healed lovely and are really neat! If I ever need anything else I will be coming back to her only, I trust her so much! Thank you so much Dr Nefer Fallico for changing my life! X
