Any time I have had to use the surgery either by telephone or in person the Receptionist has always been extremely helpful and kind. If I have had to ring my request has always been dealt with in such a professional way leading me to feel that my request is important to the surgery and what can I say about the doctors they are all so kind and wonderful. I was fortunate to be registered at this Surgery, my first experience was months ago, I booked a telephone triage appointment via the App (no longer available) and upon being contacted by my GP I was informed that the telephone appointment isn't as practical and immediately an in person appointment was scheduled. My Dr. Was friendly and approachable, in order to relieve my concerns upon the physical exam, my Dr. went the extra mile to request testing. A degree of integrity that would surprise others when I mention my experience. Thank you.

Have been attending practice for some 20 years. Overall have had very good experiences. And since COVID struck practice has done their best to keep patients informed and to offer jabs including Flu.

They checked me in on arrival then showed me straight through a Dr for my Covid vaccine then when that was done I was clearly directed to another Dr who gave me my flu jab, both drs were friendly and I was made to feel at ease during both vaccinations

Been with èngelton House over 30 years. Always been very pleased with service. Great that they offer a flu jab clinic on a sunday now works much more efficent then waiting for nurses. Ive attended it like this the last 2 years.

I have attending the surgery for now a decade and have always found them proffestional.
The service provided is very good
Trying to get an.appointment seems to be an issue, however, I belive this is with many GPs'
Happy to have them as my GP.
