Really loving the EMS sessions with Guido, it's a lovely environment to train in with great equipment and technology. Guido is very knowledgeable and the results are evident after just two or three weeks, definitely worth a try. Earlier this year, I had a hysterectomy and really needed to get back my strength and fitness.
My EMS journey started several weeks ago after a friend suggested I try it out.
My trainer, Guido, has been fabulous, taking into account my nervousness and abdominal worries after my operation.
He adjusts exercises to cater to my individual requirements, but is now wanting to push me on my journey to fitness.
I am shocked by the improvement in my shape and strength and put all of this down to EMS training.
It takes less time than a gym session and is more noticeable.
Definitely worth it.

I have always been curious about EMS and its effectiveness. I am 3 weeks into a 6 week program and can definitely feel my progress.The quick 20 minute work outs are perfect for my busy routine. My goal is to be toned and trim and I am confident EMS is going to get me there. 2 twenty minute EMS workouts a week and 1 strength training session at the gym is definitely doable. I can't wait to see the results!

I've been doing EMS training with Guido now for a few months and it's made a big difference. I started doing it following an injury I picked up playing tennis and Padel. I hate the gym and heard from a friend that EMS could help with rehab, as its low impact. It's only 20mins twice a week and supposedly the equivalent to much longer in the gym. Perfect for me! Guido's a lovely trainer, very patient and able to adapt the training for my injury. I feel stronger, fitter and leaner.

I had a great experience with Guido, who was knowledgable, patient and motivating. I was sceptical, as my usual strength routines are gym based, but was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of the sessions.

The kit takes a little while to get used to, as does the concept behind the training. Once those small hurdles have been overcome, I felt great benefits from the sessions.

I’d recommend EMS to those looking to provide a different stimulus to their training, those coming back to fitness or those who require a controlled training environment.

I’ve been doing EMS and have seen my muscle mass increase and body fat decrease significantly. I’m a 49 year old woman and know I need to do strength training now for my overall health and wellbeing, but I don’t have time to get to the gym. These photos are taken just 6 weeks apart! Combined with a sensible protein-based diet and lots of walking I’ve seen a dramatic difference in my shape and how I feel in my clothes. Amazing!
