I struggled finding the building even though it’s the first left turning off Prestwood Road North. The previous image on google maps is of a loading bay and is not the entrance to Embrace.
First time there, doctors and nurses are friendly and processional, waiting room also clean.

Have been using Embrace every three months for the last three years. ALL staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors are very professional. No attitude, professional. non-judgemental, understanding, warm, friendly, caring. I cannot fault the way in which I am treated on every visit. I thoroughly recommend Embrace and I thank them for the great way that I am treated. Thank you Embrace.

I required emergency prep, the whole service was dreadful from someone actually answering the phones to getting any source of help. Then the reply from Rachel Roberts - Assistant Directorate Manager in terms not being proactively helpful was again dreadful. This place should be closed, your placing my and others lives at risk. Look at other clinics like Dean Street London, thats what your service should be like.

Terrible lying unhelpful receptionist staff. Dont understand why these people are in the job. Are you telling me that everyone needs tge service. You can never get an appointment at this clinic. All staff need to be sacked .

Very unhelpful receptionist, advised me to return to where service was done for it to be reversed. I'm not aware of such law that I must return to where I had service for it's reversal.
