Have had 2 face to face appointments, all booked at last minute and 1 telephone call this week.
Amazing service, have never felt rushed or an inconvenience.
Very caring Doctors.
If Receptionist is " short " its usually because the telephone is ringing off the hook, and there's a long queue.
Terrible problems with repeat prescriptions for a while, but the problem equipment has now been fixed.

Firstly I saw three different doctors before seeing the partner of the practise who took 5 mins to tell me what was a lump !! I was in 3 different waiting lists that weren’t needed , but my worry was yesterday waiting for tablets that I had to start that day I was told we’re not in stock but while waiting 5 different people were also told their medication wasn’t in stock !!! What is going on with this practise ?

Reception staff are rude and un-accommodating and even though you have sent pictures to the doctor of your issue they still want to see you in 2 and a half weeks when your condition is probably 10x worse only for it to be a five minute appointment to tell you what you already know.

Repeat prescription is being denied even though I am leaving the country for a few weeks. Obviously without my medication. Had to approach private doctors to supply me with the medication, obviously for a fee. They were utterly baffled. As am I.

Absolutely shocking service from the reception team. They are rude abrupt and unhelpful. According to the pre recorded on hold message the team receive abuse from patients - well I’m not surprised. I can’t see a doctor and I can’t get past the reception team. I can have a telephone appointment in 2 weeks time. I’ve no words for the appalling treatment I’ve received. I asked for the email address to make a complaint only to be told it’s by post only.

Every time I go to get my repeat prescription, it never seems to end up at the pharmacy. I end up being the middle man having to remind Elvington medical practice to send my prescription to my pharmacy.
