Finding care for a relative is never easy, we have had to do this process once before! Having had a difficult experience, we were dreading having to go through this again! Elite Livein Care was recommended to us, and we are so thankful we found them! The lady who was our first point of contact, was extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. She asked the relevant questions on the phone and then came out to visit us to carry out Dad's assessment. After that, our contact with the manager was just as helpful and professional. Both team members showed us empathy and patience and really put our minds at ease! Dad absolutely loves his carer, and everything has just gone so smoothly.
