Shocking surgery!! What kind of surgery gives a 72 hour response time to a patchs request and then doesn't even contact you until you contact them to complain. Issue not resolved but they mark it as such. Time to move surgeries!!

I don't even want to give one star. There isn't a single doctor in this surgery who can help you more then a pharmacist. They don't even want to listen to you or understand root cause of your problem. Just give you couple of random medication, if you don't get better, come again next week. They will change medication again and advise to come again in couple of weeks. Same thing goes on for months and years, Eventually you give up and learn to live with any health issues you have.
Receptionist are however kind and helpful.

This is an excellent surgery, the receptionist staff do their best for the patients. Patients can have little patience but the staff have never been rude in person or on the phone. You can always get a day to day appointment and the call queue is very very short. The GPs/ nurses there are like Marmite, the younger ones are excellent! (S/O to AL & HR). The older ones are not friendly and stuck in their ways- however this surgery is better than Mount Pleasant Hole in Batley!

First of all praise where praise is due. Youve been amazing through this pandemic and I applaud you all
I recently suffered a life changing condition and ve had to call the surgery numerous times receptionists Nicole and Saffy have been kind and understanding in trying to resolve a number of issues. Kudos also to Mandy who is as always efficient and brilliant at her job. My parents really appreciated your help whilst I was in capacitated so thank you ladies whilst handing out praise thank you to Dr Jones for checking in on me . Youve been ?

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a new doctor during the summer. Professional, caring, compassionate service, follow up appointment was a breeze (I'm a huge fan of telephone appointments as face to face isn't always necessary). Keep the telephone appointments, more efficient all around!

The receptionist was amazing and did everything correct concerning my 13 month old baby , unfortunately the Dr who wasn't present who I spoke to over the telephone was extremely arrogant and expected me to know it was eczema regardless of me telling him my concerns of it being something other than that due to my X's family suffering from a rare and severe skin condition .
I have made an appointment face to face today and fingers crossed it's not the Dr I spoke to over the phone .
Had a face to face appointment with a Dr and I must say he was polite and reasonably helpful.

Shockingly poor service, by the time you've got an appointment you're probably recovered to no longer need a visit. It's like playing the lottery to be able to get an appointment
Mar 2023...
Still poor, they can't even stagnate the staff lunch breaks so that the telephones are answered during the full working day. The place is run like a business, and a bad one at that too
