Good dentists. They know what they’re doing and they're very nice too.
Receptionists… suck. They’ll change your appointment for whatever reason to a day after a bank holiday so you can’t call them if you’re sick on bank holiday and need to change your appointment. You will spend an hour trying to get through, in the meantime the appointment time they gave you (because apparently no other time was available whenever the original appointment was) has already passed and your shtting bricks on if your gonna get fined or not even though they are the ones that screwed you.

Oh, and in case they come back with “your not one of our patients” like i’ve seen on some other comments, you won’t find my name on your records as my gmail is an online pen name and the appointment is actually for my mother who is sick today and cannot come in. Been calling since 9am. Gave benefit of the doubt, maybe it’s busy after bank holiday. But it’s nearly 10am and every call sounds like the phone lines themselves are switched off (rather than just busy) and I’m not going to continue wasting my revision time to call. Y’all can fix my mother’s appointment yourself.

I just want to thank Edgerton Dental Clinic for the wonderful service they provide.
My sister, who has additional needs, needed extensive treatment, which I thought might be quite a challenge for her. However, I can't thank Nadia, and her team, enough for the, skill, care, patience and dedication which was shown during her treatment. The outcome was excellent, something I wasn't sure would be possible.
In summary, I would highly recommend this dental practice. The whole team, including the team working on reception, are friendly, kind and professional at all times.

Cannot fault this place. Got seen in under a week from referral. I saw Dr Docrat, he was lovely. Ive had some issue with both dentists and anaesthetics before, he put my fears at rest within a couple of minutes, he explained thing well. He was cheerful throughout and I actually left laughing! Both him and his dental assistant were positive and attentive throughout.

Hi, I had appointment for a tooth extraction on Thursday 22nd May, on arrival receptionist was really nice, I saw Dr Docrat and his lovely assistant Stefania, what a lovely team they make. Numbed my tooth didnt feel a thing, waited back in waiting room for it to take full effect, called back in Dr Docrat explained a few things, ABBA music on ( brilliant) didn’t even realise he had pulled my tooth out ( didn’t feel a thing ) what a lovely calming experience I had thank you so much 😃 x x

Had a referral for a wisdom tooth removal , was dreading it but after meeting Dr Docrat and his assistant they had me laughing after a few minutes, they extracted my tooth whilst listening and singing to Abba ! Did not hurt at all and they were so lovely, explaining everything about the procedure, would highly recommend!

I had an older gentleman and a lady nurse. Both were outstanding and the older gentleman was very reassuring and positive. Felt nothing the entire time (until I'd got home lol).

Dr Docrat and Stefania were great! Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and was pretty nervous due to all the horror stories you hear. They both put me at ease, distracting me with fun conversation topics. Lovely people and clearly excellent at their job!!

I was referred here to have both lower wisdom teeth removed. On both visits, Dr. Docrat and Emma were absolutely phenomenal. The first visit I was an absolute nervous wreck, and I very nearly didn't have the extraction. However, Dr Docrat was so kind and calming and patient with me, and the extraction went without any hitch. The Abba music was also a help and made me smile. Whilst tooth extractions are not at all pleasant, I can whole heartedly recommend this clinic and the Doctors and staff. They were so kind, patient, and professional, and I can't thank them enough.
