I would highly recommend this place for aesthetics. I recently had my lips enhanced by Dr Stace Hoffman. She was very attentive and professional. Made me feel very comfortable, and at ease. I love the fact that she is a GP Doctor, it made me feel much more safer. I didn't feel any pain, minimal swelling, but no bruising the next day. I have now been left with a lovely enhanced shape to my lips, the border has been defined. The only downfall I'd say is that I should have had a little more filler, so I will be booking in very soon for a top up. We were a bit hesitant to have too much too quickly. Nobody has noticed I've had filler, I just keep getting compliments on what Lipstick I wear! Even though it's the same ones I've always used! I'd say that's a great job done 🙂

Highest praise for Dr.Mark Semler and his team. A pleasure to be able to make an appointment at short notice and be seen immediately and on time without waiting. Dr Semler is caring, patient and thorough. We were impressed with the fact that visits were followed up with a phone call and with his genuine interest in a patient's well being. My wife and I are extremely pleased that we found this surgery and have no hesitation in recommending them highly. Costs are reasonable, particularly if you join Edgcare as a member.

Pre-authorisation money was charged and despite repeated communication no refund received. Not sure about blood test charges either paid over £300 for full bloods and now seen it at almost half price at other private GP surgeries. Be careful what you pay for here.

First I do not know why this place has 4.7 starts. I booked an appointment on Monday because I was tripped off and my lip had 8 stitches. I had an appointment with Dr Kaplan. In the beginning she sat there and asked me to explain what happened. I explain briefly but she did not let it go. It was more like I am sitting with the therapist and trying to explain the story. I assume that she was trying to waste the time buy asking me so many irrelevant questions about how incident happened. At the end she tried to convince me that I was blacked out thats why I fall which was absolutely so irrelevant. The worst thing was I asked her to clean my wound which had 8 dissolvable stitches, but she took my stitches and pull it so hard try to took it off without any explanation any permission. It was so painful and I think a doctor must knew that dissolvable stitches will be fade away it self and there is no need to pull it out. Overall I recommend to any one who is spending their time and read this to avoid spending so much money on this place, and avoid go there.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Dr. Tracy Hoffman's private practice with my son, who fell ill with a high fever and diarrhea. Due to his recent relocation and the registration process with a GP still underway, we found ourselves in a challenging situation. However, Dr. Tracy Hoffman's exceptional care and professionalism left me deeply impressed and grateful. From the moment we entered the practice, Dr. Hoffman's warm and reassuring demeanor immediately put my son at ease. She displayed a remarkable level of expertise, quickly recognizing the seriousness of his condition. Her ability to handle his fear and anxiety with compassion and understanding was truly commendable. Dr. Hoffman wasted no time in taking action. She promptly contacted the hospital A&E in Barnet, personally speaking to their doctor to ensure my son received the necessary attention. In addition, she provided us with a referral letter, streamlining the process and expediting his admission to the hospital. Thanks to her proactive approach, my son underwent thorough testing, received an antibiotic infusion, and is now on the road to recovery. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Tracy Hoffman's intervention, as I truly believe it made all the difference in my son's well-being. Her professionalism, expertise, and quick thinking undoubtedly saved the day. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and genuine concern for her patients. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the entire staff at Dr. Hoffman's practice. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor created a comforting atmosphere during a stressful time. Their efficiency and professionalism were evident in every interaction, further enhancing our experience. Having been with this practice for just 2 weeks now, i am not here to knock the NHS, but to say I think this Surgery does a brilliant job, and more so, they are a fantastic team, starting with the ladies at reception. The reception manage to keep a smile, remain calm, patient and always professional, despite phones ringing and patients standing in front of them and juggling so many things at once. I met Natalie, Debbie and Rachel, nicely lead by the practice manager-Helen. ALWAYS staying polite and focused, and for that, I only have admiration and respect. Sometimes, it reminds me of an octopus. They need so many hands and arms, but still, they manage, and for all that, I only have admiration for them and are certainly key to the success of the surgery. likewise the back office where appts with hospitals/specialists are dealt with so gracefully by Caroline. I see the lead practitioner Dr Mark for whom has supported me so well and manages his time superbly, always remains with a smile, is professional and patient and, most importantly, has the skill and art of listening and never rushed and for that I cannot be thankful, especially recently where I have been so supported in my mental health. Truly this practice is remarkable and believe they deserve an award. I have no doubt they will grow with the current demands being put on the NHS system, but its rewarding to know there is this option there should and if wanted. I SAY WELL DONE AND LONG MAY YOU ALL CONTINUE YOU ARE A GREAT TEAM FOR WHOM WORK SO WELL TOGETHER OFFERING 1ST CLASS COMMUNICATION WHICH IS ALWAYS KEY TO THE SUCCESS OF ANY BUSINESS.

My family has been a member of this incredible surgery since it opened. We have received the BEST care at every single appointment. Each receptionist is so helpful and kind doing everything to fit me in with success. Dr Semler is quite simply the most outstanding Dr. He truly cares about us, invests so much time and energy, he listens and his diagnosis is always well- thought out and explained. I have never ever trusted a Dr like I trust Dr Semler and feel so lucky that he is our family Dr. The service and care we receive is simply incredible. Tonight we met Dr Kaplan for the first time on the advice of Dr Semler. She was perfect for what my daughter needed her for. Thorough, wise, efficient, sensible and her experience shone through.
