Receptionist are extremely rude and unhelp. Nearly impossible to get an appointment. Number of occasions where I have tried to get my children (under the age of 5) an appointment and they have told me they don’t do emergency appointments for children under the age of 5 and they do. Tried to complain to them before and they put me onto someone else and she was even worse. I think there is one women at the practice that is nice and helpful that always remembers my name. Some doctors are nice and helpful but I can’t speak for all of them. I’d suggest not taking your children here or change them.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, asked for a blue inhaler in the AM as I was struggling breathing with a bad chest infection and had used most the one I had, phone at 5:15 after work see if it was ready it wasn't told them I really need it before I go work tomorrow they the. Decide to send it to a closed pharmacy at 6:57 at night, I haven't slept I've been up choking try to get some air into my lungs. Bad stuff and snotty attitudes happen well to much at this surgery. Different new doctors everytime I go in also.

Worst surgery in Rochdale, moved here a few years ago as we moved into the area in 2019, Impossible to get an appointment when ringing at 8am, the appointments are always 'already gone'. Have to call for weeks at 8am on the dot as the phone lines don't open until exactly 8am. Then by the time they answer 'already gone'. Also we have been getting repeat prescriptions over the phone but today the new receptionist said 'we don't do telephone prescriptions anymore'. When told we've had them from here every month she said they are not allowed to give prescriptions over the phone. She couldn't even do it in person when I then walked into the surgery in the afternoon. Instead she points at the desk in the waiting area where you can fill in a form (which she will type into a computer anyway). She could have just taken the name/address and done it face to face at the reception as I came in person anyway. Avoid this surgery!

This doctor’s surgery is so badly managed it’s untrue. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment same day and actually totally impossible to make one for a future date. I was advised the only way to an appointment for sure was to queue up in the carpark at 7.30am.
I reported the terrible service to the local councillor and was advised this is normal. It’s just the state of the NHS - this is not true. My dad has since moved house and received excellent service at his new GPs.

Rang at 8:00 got through immediately. Told no appointments? Rang 111 then got a message that I would get a call between 10:30 and 11:30. Now 13:05 still waiting! Got a message from the surgery asking to rate the appointment. What appointment so gave a 5 which was the worst rating. (Finally got a call and a face to face appointment same day so increased to 2 stars).

They're clearly under staffed over crowded. Never have I been able to get an appointment on the first time I ring. All slots gone before 0805am. Absolute joke. Edit: still just as bad. Taking me over 3 weeks to get a telephone appointment from calling at the 0800 slot.
