A Magical Evening at Eden Hall Spa – Twilight Package Delight

Last night, we celebrated my husband’s birthday at Eden Hall Spa, and it was nothing short of perfect. We booked the Twilight Package with friends, and from start to finish, the entire experience was simply fantastic.

The facilities were absolutely stunning – clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. From the tranquil saunas to the bubbling outdoor hot tub under the stars, every space was thoughtfully designed to help you unwind. We especially loved the relaxation rooms and the thermal suite – pure bliss!

The food was another highlight. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal that was both beautifully presented and full of flavour. The menu had great variety, with something for everyone, and they catered to dietary needs with no fuss at all.

And finally, the staff – they were wonderful. Friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, they made us feel welcome and completely looked after throughout the evening. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really added to the warm and luxurious atmosphere.

We left feeling completely relaxed and pampered – it was the perfect way to celebrate, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend the Twilight Package for a special treat or a relaxing catch-up with friends!

Amazing day at the spa with my mum and maid of honour for the final part of my hen do celebrations. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Couldn't do enough for you.
Treatment was amazing, extremely relaxing and professional with after care recommendations given.
Food was really lovely and drinks also tasted great.
So many different experiences to try with plenty of space and beds for all.
Outdoor hydrotherapy pool was pure bliss after a heavy weekend.
Every detail in the spa has been extremely well thought out. The decor and vibe are perfect.
The weather made the weekend all that more special and I'm so glad that it was the way it was.
I couldn't imagine what this would be like on a beautiful summers day as it was so lovely even in April.
Would definitely recommend and I'm even looking at booking Hoar Cross for my husband to be and I to celebrate.

My husband and I travelled to Eden Day Spa for our one year anniversary and were blown away by our experience. We have been to many spas, but we can confidently say that Eden Day Spa is one of the best. When we arrived at reception, we were greeted by friendly and informative staff. The facilities were clean, well-maintained and spacious, which meant that guests could use what they wanted when they wanted. A common issue with spas is that they do not have enough loungers. However, Eden had plenty. In my opinion, the best feature is the outdoor heated pool as it gives the feeling of being on holiday. Included in our package, we had a 3-course-meal, which again was incredible. The service was impeccable and all the staff were very well mannered. I will definitely return to this spa!

An incredible 5* experience at Eden Hall, I've never left a Spa feeling so pampered, relaxed and satisfied.

We arrived just after check-in at 9am, and were greeted by a member of staff who offered us a refreshing elderflower and lime drink, whilst we waited for space at one of the reception desks (busy BH Monday!)

After a very professional and friendly check-in where we were given our wristbands, a map and some tips about the site, we went into some great changing rooms with all the mod cons to get ready. Towel and robe folded in the locker, hairdryer, powerful showers (that you can leave on, not press a button every 20 seconds) and shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Fresh and ready, we're into the spa garden with a huge hydrotherapy pool that was beautifully warm with lots of different jets and bubbles. A couple of hours in here with a 25 minute facial treatment (£30) before lunch at 12:30. A luxurious 3 course meal that I can only describe as phenomenal. The chefs are clearly talented, it was delicious and perfectly portioned. A blueberry and chia seed smoothie kept me going throughout the meal.

After lunch we're into the vitality spa with hot and cold experience showers, cold mist, two types of sauna, a herbal caldarium, salt from and rose scented steam room and a large pool with an outdoor hot tub.

I can't credit this enough and we're already planning to come back a couple of times a year for birthday and Christmas treats.

Had a good time at Eden Hall. Facilities are clean and have different things to do. The food was amazing, with a decent portion size. The treatment was relaxing. Even though I booked Elemis face and body, focus was on back.
I was worried it would be crowded, but there was plenty of space. Maybe we went on 15th February, so primarily couples.

Visited Eden Hall for a spa day with friends. It was my first time visiting but hopefully not the last!

This is a stunning spa and the perfect place to spend a relaxing day. It was a Saturday so it did get busy but thankfully didn’t feel overcrowded due to the ample amenities. We didn’t opt for any treatments but we dined in the restaurant and the food was amazing.

I had an amazing time at the spa. I visited many facilities across the Midlands, and I need to say Eden is very clean. The staff does an amazing job. We had a very helpful receptionist, Ola, who supported us through our first time. The robes are fluffy, and the space is beautiful! Perfect treat! Thank you!

We've visited a number of spas and this one is hands down the best by a long way.. Super friendly staff, beautifully maintained garden spa and all areas were spotlessly clean. Lunch was delicious with a varied menu, all served promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and will be back.
