I recently used E Cliniq’s mole checking service and was really impressed by the whole experience. The online booking system was super straightforward, making it easy to secure an appointment without long wait times. When I arrived, the clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
The staff were professional, friendly, and reassuring. My moles were examined thoroughly, Oana explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated how they used advanced imaging tools to assess the moles, making me feel confident I was getting a proper, expert check, with a report back from the dermatologist in less than 24h.

Thank You Oana and E-Cliniq team for giving me excellent service. I recently had hydrafacial from Oana and was so amazed with the results on my face , giving me a glowing skin. I also had 2 spots on my face which they helped me to get rid off it through advanced electrolysis. I am so happy to find this place , very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing team, very friendly. I had a Hydrafacial with Alexandra and can highly recommend her. On consultation she explained everything to me, from the equipment to the procedures. Alexandra kindly recommend the best option according to my circumstances and I could see the results straight afterwards. Wow! I had my first Hydrafacial Platinum yesterday with Alex and it was not only an extremely relaxing pleasurable informative experience. I am stunned at the results in just one session! I am 58 years old and have been neglecting my skin … Alex was caring and explained everything very well. I will continue to go to Alex for my Hydrafacials and maybe some other treatment 😌😉 … I must also mention the receptionist (sorry I don’t know her name) was extremely welcoming … overall the experience was 10/10 thank you Ecliniq 😃
