I went to eckington swimming pool yesterday with my one to one worker and I found the staff very friendly and chatty towards me and it was not too busy and the pool was clean and changing rooms and showers were spotless and clean and the toilets were very shiny and clean and I enjoyed going to eckington swimming with my support workers it is the best swimming pool behind sharley park and staveley in Derbyshire

I haven't been for 20 years, all changed for the better.
The gym is spacious and clean, and there is a good amount of equipment to use.
Lovely cafe area.
Good choice of swim times, changing rooms nice big cubical, floor could do with being washed down regular, slightly dirty, need sliders.
Good variety of classes, must book in advance to get the class you want.
The staff I have seen so far appear friendly, value for money.

I manage to go 3 to 4 times a week at different times. The activities that are on offer are great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm really glad I joined.

A good pool with timings for those wanting to do lane swimming as well as fun times for the family including floats on Sunday morning. Not too busy. Has a lot of kids lessons after school and Saturday mornings.

The Gym area facilitates all necessary exercises, especially for cardiovascular oriented exercise . The Swimming facilities are all so clean and safe for young children, as well as other patrons looking to keep fit and practice swimming skills. The month to month membership fee is quite expensive though at £35 (non contract) per month. I'd also prefer an area for powerlifting (100kg+ deadlift and squat area in the gym), but overall the staff are friendly and helpful whether it be during the mornings on a Sunday or Evenings on a Friday, they have the patience and the charisma to keep everyone happy 👍🏻

Just here temporarily with a club as our pool is being rebuilt. I don't use facilities here, but everything looks good and my daughter is happy with the pool lol.
Cafe part has cake and flavoured coffee along with usual snacks, Sandwich, panini type thing. I can rate the caramel coffee and coffee cake as superb. Staff are lovely
