Staff didn't pick up the phone on multiple days, with multiple calls, so I went in store to collect a prescription which wasn't there.

When it did finally arrive on my second visit I had to wait for 10 minutes whilst the pharmacist fetched his coffee! Complete joke. Avoid.

They lost an important prescription of mine then lied about it. The pharmacist is out on deliveries half the time so good luck getting what you need. Also I don't see why they do Blue-Scripts if they look down on those who require them. Prices are cheaper at Day & Night which is better for opening hours and wait times. Avoid if possible!

Not really sure why this place is even open. 2 weeks waiting for my prescription and there’s always some excuse why it isn’t their fault. They also tried to close 20mins early when I wanted to go in there and the female staff member was incredibly rude. Just go to the GP, this place and its staff are useless

Odd place, much better options locally.

Such unprofessional staff. Will definitely not be using this pharmacy ever again! They need retraining before they deal with any customer.
