Hedge End are struggling with demand and overpopulation in the area so sometimes we get moved over to the ESP hub for appointments. I am genuinely quite happy about this! Why?

Because reception are always helpful and friendly, you never have to queue up or wait on the phone, there’s plenty of parking, waiting area is pleasant, consultation rooms are clean and tidy, everything mostly runs on time, and lastly, but most importantly, it is open for appointments at more convenient times (evenings and weekends).

I now prefer it when I’m referred here instead of going to my assigned doctors at Hedge End, purely because it’s a much less stressful experience.

It is a shining example of how other surgeries could be run.

I used the ESP Hub for the first time today (28/04/23). It’s a little confusing to start with but it is the far right door you need to go through. Follow the stairs to the top and the reception is directly in front of you. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The two hand gel dispensers were empty and the water dispenser was broken. Parking was easy and I think you get around 4 hours on site.

Had text with Hubs telephone number to. No answer at numerous attempts and no reply to message left as instructed by recorded message. Spoke to GP surgery who informed me they can't get through either. Any ideas?
