Lovely people, helpful and considerate. No pressure to buy the hearing aids, but if you do then you get them a week later. Patient help for you to learn them and regular follow up visits. If you can afford private hearing aids I'd recommend them. The aids are nice and small too

Old Fashioned Service at it's Best
My Mother had previously purchased her hearing aids, from a leading high street chain. Well the level of service and care from Keith Bacon at Eastbourne Hearing Centre and what is on offer from the household name is the difference between flying economy and first class. Your hearing is so important, I would recommend going to a local company that truly cares. The test that they do is so simple to understand where the deficiency is and the results when corrected are something else. Go local for quality and service.

Stop cold calling 94 year old patients with dementia and then following those harassing calls with a bill for
£2700 to a lady who has good hearing! It’s despicable that companies like this are allowed to operate legally they ought to have their legs broken
