Friendly and personal, my dentist clearly explained the required care and treatment which i needed, with a timely resolution for ongoing treatment. Great service and felt comfortable throughout. Receptionist was also friendly and welcoming, with clear options on making the next appointment.

Was a patient here for four years. Never saw the same dentist twice. Reception staff looked bored and uninterested. The place is very unwelcoming in general. The final straw was being charged £60 for a clean that lasted about four minutes and didn't even clean my teeth properly. I'd asked to see the hygienist but the dentist said she did this herself. It was awful service.

My usual dentist at this practice is great but today I had an emergency appointment with a different dentist.
He was very rude and tried to tell me of as if I was a child more than once... then huffed multiple times.
Not interested in listening to the patient or giving any advice.

Got an appointment quickly. Was sent a number of helpful reminders. The dentist and staff were very friendly and treated me promptly and explained everything as he went along, and answered all my questions.
