Came and collected my husbands scooter , it had full service , new batteries and tyres re grooved, even though we thought we would have to replace the tyres , went above and beyond to help and save us money , then delivered back to us , won’t be going anywhere else in future x

Well don’t do what I did, I went all around town and search the internet before going to East Riding mobility. The first time shopping there I was looking for a walking stick with a seat. They were the only place in town that had ( and still do ) in stock . So when my battery on my scooter needed replacement I went straight there. Rachael couldn’t have been more friendly and professional, her understanding of what I needed was excellent. I must say that the main thing I found was that you go into the shop as a customer but come out as a friend. I for one will be telling everyone about them. THANK YOU for an excellent service at a very competitive price.

We rang the shop and spoke to Rachel as my wife's scooter was letting her down.
The gentleman came to our house, checked the electrics, and replaced the batteries. This is a great service by lovely friendly people. Would highly recommend.

Excellent firm to deal with. Saw replacement scooter on line, unable to call to greenwood avenue due to no vehicle at moment. Ordered Excell2 on Mon for delivery in 3-5 working days. Delivered at home on Thursday, fantastic no money required until I was satisfied, which I am, also gave me generous p/ ex on old scooter and took it away.
I have had many dealings over the years and this transaction was extremely pleasurable and it is good to be able to recommend this company.

My wife had her electric scooter serviced with East Riding Mobility. The customer service we received was absolutely fantastic. They kept us informed all the way through and even picked up and dropped off the scooter at no extra charge, turning up exactly when they said they would. I would thoroughly recommend East Riding Mobility. They give a level of service you rarely see now. And a special thanks to Rachel who drove through the snow and ice to get to us in Withernsea:)

Honestly so happy with these, Just gotten a scooter today and the service was quality the same as our scooter, have now finally got the freedom back of going out again so thank you it means the world. The staff are lovely, warm and never pushy so again thank you can't wait for tomorrow with a full charge 😀
