It is shame I cannot give zero star review...
From the day practice was move to Wilberforce building, it is worst practice ever, and I had been with shitty one before.
I am on antidepressants and they cancelled my repeat prescription without saying a word. When I rang them, I was issued with one go prescription, when I rang month later they say to me, only because I asked, you need to see GP.
I am on the same tablets when every one is telling you, that you need to wean yourself from them very slowly.
This time another problem. My Mum died, so I have to go for 2 weeks to Poland, during my stay there I will run out of meds. Guess what: nothing, I put note, when I re ordered meds advising on above. I rang surgery only to hear GP has 48 hrs to write prescription. So it looks like nothing matters, even death in family. The same they said in pharmacy. You should order meds week before they end. I have 10 days, so this is too early and usually at this time none one give you prescription.
But hey, ho, if my mood drops drastically.. who cares? apparently not GP or NHS

Got through and was 3rd in the queue. Answered at 820. No appointments! Apparently there were 20 waiting for appointments when the doors opened. Can never get an appointment at the surgery even when 3rd in the queue. Got told the usual 111 or walk in centre. I thought the walk in centres were supposed to take the strain away from A&E not the GP's.

If you need to see a doctor, contact the moon on a warm autumn evening sometime past the hour of the sacred goose. You'll get a response quicker and it'll likely be far more helpful.

Utterly terrible reception staff with a total lack of empathy, passive aggressive attitudes, who are utterly unwilling to even try and help. Appointments are more closely guarded than the gold in the federal reserve. Not to mention my observation of their incredibly poor attempts to communicate with those whose first language isn't English. SHOUT. SLOWER. AND. LOUDER. ITS. NOT. CONDESCENDING. AT. ALL.

As for the actual medical team? How about forgetting to put in a so called "urgent" referral for a vital procedure, waiting a year, and then blaming patients for the practice's lack of communication regarding the matter in the interim. As well as downplaying, and even outright dismissing, feminine health issues. No communication in between. Sounds like medical malpractice to me.

1 star is too many. Despicable service.

Very very poor appointment service, you can never get in even though Covid-19 requirements have expired, terrible service with all doctors now.

Can never get through. Have to travel between two different places. (not great if you don't drive) Anlaby Road or Storey street.
After waiting for over an hour from caller 30 in a queue told no appointments. Told "you can always go to a walk in centre."

Both places always, empty waiting room when you do eventually get an appointment.

Looking to move GPS not good at all

I have a chronic disease and I am waiting for a hospital visit, and other health problems arise. I called 3 days in a row to get an appointment, finally in the morning I went to the GP for an appointment, there was a huge queue, a lot of people, no organization, patients had to talk publicly about their health problems, which was humiliating. I got an appointment around noon, Dr. Olamide Odetundun was unpleasant and ignorant he didn't listen to what I said and suggested that I didn't need to come because I had to wait for other appointments in specialist, it's ridiculous because I came with different problem which had nothing to do with other problems I've been suffering from for more than three years and I'm still waiting for diagnosis, I don't know where the GP gets these doctors from, but the lack of professionalism and empathy is shocking

Completely ridiculous. You can never get an appointment even if you’re ringing up at 8am and you’re only 4th in the queue there are no appointments available. One day they will say your results or information will be sent out to you and you don’t receive them. As a practice they are imcomputent. And to have only one doctor who is never there and can not do their job is an embarrassment. Needs assessing or investigate or even yet closed down for good.

Dr Borisade you should be ashamed the way you treat your patients you are in the wrong job no compassion no empathy. You are arrogant and rude, you don't let your patients express there self as you are to busy talking over them.
I have been with this surgery for years and I am just about to change over to another practice I have had enough, I have to make appointment on the days borisade is not there because he makes me feel anxious.
I have a medical condition, for over 10 year I was back and forth to that man who told me it's a weight issue and palmed me off with pain relief constantly, the guy who said I was a hypochondriac when my daughter fell ill and ended up in the ICU with sepsis. My question is how do you sleep at night
