Ive been with this practice a few yrs now and although it is hard trying to get an appointment at times it's no different to my previous surgeries I've been with and I always found the staff ( receptionists and Dr Borisade), very helpful and polite. Now that they've moved I've been cut off whilst In the queue, av to wait 4/5 wks just for telephone apt, tried again today n got thru at 8, pressed 1 for call back which I got 80 min later n now no apts, they tell u to call at 8 which I always do n still never manage to get in, my last apt in may I got prob with circulation n my leg may av to come off, he sez n was referring me to specialist, after 3 month of not hearing anything I called em n the doc hadn't even referred me. I've had enough now n just registered with new GP so fingers crossed I'll finally get somewhere
