Before I would have given the drs 1 star however, The new online appointment system has really worked great. Some times you don't even need a call back if you provide enough info. They just send you a text with The only thing I would say is that older people of people who struggle with tech or reading etc may struggle.

Left one star because zero isn't an option.

Family member suffers badly, can't use the Internet to book. Rang on their behalf and as with a lot of wannabe doctors, sorry, receptionist, couldn't care less. Attitude atrocious, condescending, and deeply unhelpful and uncaring, time she looked for another job! Awful people and this is my first interaction with them.

After no response to completing an online form within 24 hours I rang. 12th in queue abrupt receptionist. Form despite asking for a code evidently glitches if you do this recommendation is to say no access to the phone! Start again next week. Poor service, no apologies, no patient support, no to changing web form!

I work in a pharmacy near to Hull Family Practice and often hear people speaking badly about them. It occured to me that, while I do stand up for them to those people I've never left a review

I absolutely can't fault my surgery. I've never felt unheard and every member of staff I've ever dealt with has been so helpful. I've always had tests I've needed (which has found precancerous cells twice - which had they not sent me for the tests might have been missed) for this I am so grateful. I've always felt they listen to me.

The new appointment system is actually so great, I've used it twice, I've not needed an appointment because my descriptions and photos have been enough for the doctor to send a prescription. All done within about an hour if filling out the form.

As well as my own health, they've been really great with my daughter. When she was a tiny baby she had a cows milk allergy and the nurse practitioner we saw immediately prescribed formula for it.

Nothing is ever too much and I don't think people leave positive reviews enough, people are quick to complain but not to compliment!

Yes, it takes a while to get through in the morning but the staff are working really hard, are always friendly. If you want a better public health service then stop voting Tory.

How can the manager of this place have a job, they provide such a bad service, rang as usual at 08.00 250 times I get in the queue to speak to a receptionist. When the call was answered they had no appointment, so now been waiting fo 2.5 hours at the Bransholme UTC. Seems to me that everything is broken within the NHS.

Shocking telephone system, started ringing at 0800 on the dot, took 1h15m and over 400 calls to finally get through, by that time there was no appointments, the receptionist was very rude. I have sent an email to the practice manager and the CQC, I will be looking at switching doctors ASAP as this one is not fit for purpose.

Receptionist very rude and ignorant, stood there they never even looked up and said "morning can I help you" sat down in waiting area looked across they where talking to each other, my appointment was for 9.10am with the nurse 9.15am still sat there ended up walking out, no customer care what so ever. Very disappointed.
