Tried to contact the surgery a few weeks ago only to be told I had been removed as a patient without my permission!! Asked to be reinstated urgently as I was unable to order my medication. Receptionist said my account had all been reset, but there is now no medication against my name when I try to reorder using the phone sustem. I am now in total panic as I need to order it and won't be able to contact the surgery as I work full time and they are closed on a lunch time. Unbelievable that this surgery can block people for getting the medication that they need. I will be contacting the ICB.

Service only available to people not in employment - who have the time to wait 30 mins + to speak to someone. Closes at lunchtime so can't call on a lunch break. Absolutely hopeless and one of the GPs who I shan't name is incredibly rude, dismissive, arrogant and unpleasant

Ive used this surgery my whole life but the last few years you have gone downhill.
I trailed in today in the snow for an apt ive waited weeks for to be told ya machine isnt working. In a word abysmal service. And to top it off my nxt apt is miles away from my house

Do not trust one rouge employee who seems to think they are a bloody Medically trained person when they are nothing more than an assistant! Happily going around telling everyone they are a fully qualified nurse when they are not!!!

If I could give this place no starts I would and I'm not even registered there yet, reception staff rude and dismissive, no where on their forms or in the surgery or even when i picked up the forms does it say go in with ID just for them to accept your new patient forms. Told emergency appointment can only be made when fully registered and there's a backlog on new patients anyway and told to phone 111 who (along with an ambulance crew) had already told me to go here to try and get an emergency appointment

I find the reception staff are always really helpful. Always been able to get seen when needed to for me and my daughter. Dr Arla was brilliant around perimenopause issues so helpful, knowledgable and understanding. Today my daughter was seen by one of the lady doctors at Horden practice who I did not get the name of she has had a persistent cough she put the stethoscope on her back to check her chest and noticed she suffers with acne and proactively offered acne medication along with the antibiotics for the cough. I cannot fault the practice

Went today for a visit.
The nurse that did my consult was absolutely amazing, so kind and nice. Honestly, I have no words to describe how incredible she was. I'm terrified of doctors and she treated me with kindness and made me overcome my fears.
