I was having trouble hearing through my right ear for about a week and I thought I would give them a message unknowing if they'd be able to help me. They were very quick to respond and very helpful managed to get me an appointment for the next day morning( I messaged them at about 8pm) so it was very quick appointment and when I got there they were very kind asked me what I had going on with my ear had a look and fixed it and within minutes I was able to hear perfectly would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back if I have another problem well worth the money

I was really suffering with a blocked ear and have real bad health anxiety so was getting myself in a right state. I was messaging to get a quicker appointment as mine would of been 3
days away and they managed to come and see me a day after I booked! I was very appreciative and they were lovely about it. Sohail was really nice and informative. Very good service

Sohail was wonderful in removing the build up of wax in my left ear, and was honest in letting me know I only needed one being treated; therefore only paying for one.
Really thorough in telling me the process, setting up & PPE, very gentle but productive approach to the removal; leaving my ear completely wax free.
