I had a consultation with the pharmacist on Saturday. I've got to say what a nice experience. He listened to me and gave me advice to carry forward, and to keep my condition under control. I'd prefer to go the pharmacist rather than the GP. I come away feeling I'd been listened to ,and treated effectively. Well done 👏 ✔️

Fabulous pharmacy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They answer the phone and deal with queries if they have capacity. Plus they are open later than the other pharmacies in Hythe. A real asset to Hythe High Street Kent.

Eakins is our go to chemist. Why? Pleasant, informed and efficient staff across the piece from assistants to pharmacists. They have provided me with solid and effective advice ranging from confidential medical discussions to ear wax removal recommendations. They have sorted out late repeat prescriptions and advised when I should seek a GPs appointment - and what to say to get that appointment.
Eakins for me is a shining example of how moving services from GPs to pharmacists can work for the benefit of both customers and medical staff. I only hope they are being properly recompensed!

I was notified of a covid booster at my surgery in May, but offered alternative venues, one of which was Hythe,and eating offered me an appointment the next day eg today , with numerous alternative times,and I was seen as soon as I walked in .brilliant thank you. 😊

Eakins Chemist. What can I say. My wife used these as Boots could not order her medication.
Well iwas with Boots but was treated badly. I now use Eakins and so glad I changed to a small family run business. They are helpful kind and treat me how I hope I treat them. Kind and considerate. Also as I'm on crutches staff often ask me if I need them to open the door. But I manage this on my own but I love being asked. I cannot rate Eakins Chemist enough. Thank you all so much.

I cannot praise this pharmacy enough, I attended today with a serious infection which needed immediate treatment. The team were simply amazing. I highly recommend this pharmacy who went out of their way to make sure I had all the advice and treatment for my ailment. Thanking you all very much
