I met with Emma for the first time today. She immediately put me at ease and we began to identify my current health priorities and my health history. For many years I have experienced issues with my digestive system so Emma undertook a food intolerance and mineral deficiency test. I now have some greater insight into the possible causes of my problems and how we may move forward to resolve these in terms of diet and rectifying deficiencies.

I reached out to Emma after discovering Kinsiology through YouTube. I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I suffer with my mental health now and then and I've tried so many other treatments I thought I'd give this ago.

My first treatment, Emma was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming and I was put at ease straight away. I'm someone who finds communication difficult especially around emotions and feelings however, I had no issues at all opening up to Emma.

She was really informative and knew a fair a bit about fibromyalgia which shocked me because I have spoke to endless amount of NHS professionals who haven't been able to help me the way Emma has.

On my last treatment I was discussing with Emma how my training in the gym fluctuates with periods of weakness and Emma suggested that we do some food testing as people with fibromyaglia are known to have certain intolerences. Well this was completely knew to me and it turned out that I was eating things that my body didn't agree with.

Emma is fantastic and I would recommend her always.

I can't recommend Emma enough. I have seen her for several treatments. She highlighted some deficiencies I had using kinesiology and recommended a change in diet and lead me in the right direction and is solved so many of my problems.

I've had acupuncture a few times over the years it helped me give up smoking. I never had ear acupuncture before and I found it very therapeutic, it's like a body reset and is great to have once a month to keep balanced. Each month Emma tunes in to what my body needs and really is a rebalance, I always feel better afterwards. Emma is a very good practitioner of ear acupuncture, she has great energy and is a natural healer. I would recommend her 100%

I was very impressed by Emma's professionalism and thoroughness when I attended her practice in Abergavenny for a Reki treatment. It is 12 years since I last had a Reiki treatment and I just wish that Emma had been in the area before now. I can thoroughly recommend her as an excellent practitioner.

I have recently had a course of distance healing, using tuning forks and crystals with Emma. I found that my fibromyalgia and chronic pain eased during and after the treatment and I was able to have a deep restful sleep after treatment without painkillers. ( this is a huge thing for me) Emma informed me when she was starting and finishing ( sometimes I didnt get back to her straight away as I fell asleep, which was wonderful) I enjoyed the distance healing as I could relax comfortably either in my bed or on my recliner chair as I find it to painful to use a therapy bed.
