I would highly recommend
I took my son, who is 15, to see Ed Garnham, as I had been concerned about his reading and writing for many years and wasn't offered any other referrals.
He was very nervous about attending but when we arrived Ed made him feel very comfortable and relaxed before starting the test, he explained everything to him as they went along, which also helped him to say calm.
we received our formal report 3 days after the tests and it had all the information and more, we need to get him the help my son requires
The only downside was the price, I felt I shouldn't have to pay such a high amount to get my son formally diagnosed

From my own personal experience with my daughter I can only say the level of help, information and general correspondence was amazing. To be be able enlist the help of not only full professional but a genuine nice man was fantastic and I would recommend Ed at the drop of an hat. Thank you.👍👍👍

Ed was so lovely to talk to. My assessment was so relaxed and ed was so understanding and relatable. He helped me in depth with all areas that could be a concern and we came to a conclusion about my diagnosis. He gave me such helpful advice about managing my life with my SPLd, some that i had never thought of. I’d reccomend Ed in a heartbeat. He sent my report back to me so quickly and because of him i can get all the help i’ve been needing in education after all these years.

The service that Ed provided was absolutely fantastic. From the first time of emailing to receiving the final report we felt very well informed. The test is performed under comfortable conditions and Ed really made the experience much less daunting than my son feared.
The post test information and advice given was very beneficial and left my son feeling positive. The report is very detailed and will support my son through his life.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ed .

From the moment I contacted Ed regarding getting an SPLD diagnosis, his communication has been clear and helpful regarding the location of the assessment as well as how it would run. On the assessment day, he was extremely informative, suggesting the reasonings behind the symptoms that I had been experiencing and offered different ways of how I could feel more supported in my further studies. The diagnostic report was very detailed and gave me an outlook on different symptoms that we discussed during my assessment as well as how I performed in the different activities and how I can gain more support in the future. I would 100% recommend Ed to anyone who is uncertain about whether they have an SPLD as he is clearly passionate about his job and cares for everyone who seeks a diagnosis from him.

I found Ed to be knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and the report we received was detailed and eye opening. More than this though is that we both came away from the assessment smiling, finally we had an answer. Ed was able to diagnose what nursery, primary, secondary, and I missed. Life changing, literally. Cannot recommend highly enough.
